Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Paypal and Credit/ Debit Cards.
The price includes all taxes, VAT etc...the price you see, is the price you pay.
Shipping And Handling
All orders to UK - FREE carriage.
Republic of Ireland customers are charged a token amount for carriage....see price details.
Corsica, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Denmark, France, Austria, Finland, Norway, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland and Rest of the World please contact us before you place your order so that we can give you an exact price.
Standard delivery time for UK usually next day, for bearings, brake pads and similar lighter items. Heavy items, such as rear sprockets are 3 to 5 days. (Customers are advised that any orders placed after 4pm on a given day will be processed first thing the following morning).
We treat all orders as urgent. We are also riders; and understand the need for delivery before the weekend.
Liability - Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Proactionsport do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
We do not store credit card information nor do we share customers information with any third parties.
We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Should you need to return any item please return it with the original packaging and send it recorded delivery. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. In the case of faulty goods please contact us on +44 (0) 775 290 2777 and we will then decide the best course of action. Any goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
